Kevin Borseth: An Austin native, Kevin has more than six years of experience in the HVAC business. He was the youngest employee at Stan’s to receive the prestigious NATE certification, and has a passion for interacting with and educating homeowners on ways to improve their energy efficiency.

Will Downs: Will grew up in Mississippi and began his working career in the Texas oilfield industry, but decided to switch gears to HVAC in 1992. He joined Chris Strand’s former company in 1994. After spending 11 years being in the trenches as an installation technician he was promoted to a project manager in 2004. He’s a “hands-on” project manager who enjoys seeing the job through from start to finish. Will brings a wealth of knowledge on how to help customers design the proper HVAC system for their homes and to maximize its energy efficiency.

John Solis: John began his HVAC career after graduating from technical school at St. Phillips College in San Antonio in 1984. He started out his career as a service technician for County Wide Service Company in San Antonio and stayed on for 17 years. John was ready for a new challenge and was hired by Chris Strand at his old company as a project manager in 2001. Stan’s was grateful that he joined our team in 2013. John has both technical and problem solving skills. He is proactive and continually shows his devotion to customer satisfaction.

Landon Allgood: Landon was born and raised in Odessa, Texas. He has over 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry, and is our newest project manager. Landon also worked at Chris Strand’s former company before coming to work at Stan’s. At his previous position as Stan’s field technical supervisor, he played a pivotal role in the training and development of our service technicians. He prides himself on being current on the technical and installation side of the business. Landon enjoys reading up on state of the art equipment, products, and HVAC future trends.
