Terms & Conditions

Replacement Guarantee:

1. Guarantee applies to thermostat, air handler, evaporator coil, and condensing unit. Does not include ductwork, building performance improvements and system enhancements (e.g. zoning systems, air cleaners, etc.)
2. Signed request must be sent by email or registered mail within the first year of installation.
3. Stan’s will remove the HVAC system within 30 days of request and refund its net price (contracted price minus any utility, manufacturer, or Stan’s rebates or incentives).

Lowest Price Guarantee:

1. Stan’s must be presented with a copy of the competitor’s proposal.
2. We will beat any competitor’s price by at least $50.

Temperature Guarantee:

1. Guarantee only applies when air handler, coil, condensing unit are installed in tandem.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

1. Stan’s guarantees are null and void if anyone other than a Stan’s employee performs work on the equipment we installed.
2. Misuse, alteration, natural disasters (e.g. fire, flood, lightning, etc.), animal damage, accidents, and abuse nullify the above guarantees.
