Stan’s was started as a service company, so it is something that
we have been doing for over 50 years. We have grown into other areas of the heating and cooling industry, but we have
always maintained the highest quality service department in Central Texas.
Equipment maintenance is the key to long system life. An easy way to think about this is in terms of cars. In Central Texas it’s hot; most people run their air conditioning year round or close to year round. Running an air conditioning system in Central Texas is roughly the equivalent of driving a car over 55,000 miles in one year.
Now would you drive your car 55,000 miles without ever getting maintenance done on it? Only if you like to pay higher fuel prices, higher repair costs, or maybe even for a new car every year!
Air conditioning maintenance is the exact same. Regular system maintenance helps to reduce heating and cooling costs, and keeps the system in check so that costly repairs stay at a minimum.
“But when does my system need maintenance?” Good question and Stan’s has the answer. Stan’s offers our Gold Service Club maintenance agreement to maintain your system.
When you become a member, a Stan’s technician will come out to your home twice a year, once in the spring/summer season and once in the fall/winter season, to perform routine maintenance on your system. “Can I trust the technicians that are coming into my home?” Absolutely!
Our service technicians are constantly being trained on the latest technology and refreshed on current equipment. Stan’s technicians are either NATE certified or are in training to complete the highest recognition in the service business.
We at Stan’s believe in “hiring for personality, and training for knowledge”. All of our technicians are submitted to a thorough interview and background check in order to make sure that you as the customer receive a friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable technician at your home every time that you call us.
